A Truck Photographer’s Diary, Vol. 21–Colorado 4, is intended to provide historic photographic documentation of trucks from the mid-1990s to 2007.
This photo album is the fourth in a series of CD albums of photos taken in Colorado, and contains 100 images. A few of the photos were taken outside of Colorado, but fit in with the theme of the album.
Most of the photos in this CD album were taken by author David A. Bontrager, who is well-known for his classic and unique images of trucks and trains from the 1950s through the present day. This is an excellent sampling of his private collection of truck photos.
This album contains a photo essay on Tri-State Commodities, taken in the mid-1990s, and a photo essay of Western Distributing, most taken in 2007, with a few taken a few years earlier.
The images are in pristine condition and will few excellent on screen. A few may be less than perfect, but I feel the historic value of the trucks shown out weighs the technical aspects of the photo. Images may be printed for personal non-commercial use only.
